Child Focus maintains this website to raise responsibility of internet-users by giving them information concerning the problem of child abuse images on Internet and to give the possibility to report presumed child abuse images. If he/she wishes so, the reporter can stay anonymous.

 

Child Focus cannot be held responsible for the quality of the information on the site, which is not intended to refer to circumstances, individuals and/or specific minorities. The information on the web site will be regularly updated. If errors are detected, Child Focus will correct them as soon as possible. The information has no legal value.

 

If the visitor of the web site leaves his/ her personal data, this data will only be used :

• To inform on the follow up of the report ;
• When the authorities want to contact the reporter in case of an investigation.

 

Personal data, which are sent with the report form, are not subjected  to an analysis by the Foundation. The personal data will not be transferred to third parties, nor will they be used for commercial purposes. You have always access to your personal data to check them on their accuracy. You can always correct your personal data on inaccuracies. If so, you can sent an e-mail to the administrator of the site via info_scp at childfocus dot org.

 

This site is sometimes linked to other sites on which Child Focus has no means of control. Consequently, Child Focus cannot be held liable for the content of those sites, nor the way it is linked.

 

Reports made to Child Focus are subject to statistical analysis.
